Zac Brown Band

The three-time Grammy Award winning Zac Brown Band (ZBB) is a country music band located near Atlanta, Georgia. The band has had 13 #1 songs and 55 award nominations from the Grammys, The Academy of Country Music, The American Music Awards, The Country Music Association, and Country Music Television. In addition to nationwide concert tours and its own recording label, Zac Brown Band has created a robust merchandising business, selling apparel, tour posters, CD’s, drinkware, cooking items, and leather goods.


A steadily growing ZBB fanbase has generated quite a demand for merchandise. ZBB developed a website for concert tour promotion and an online store for merchandise. To fulfill the large quantity of orders placed by fans daily, ZBB needed a fulfillment company to pick and ship the orders. Whomever they chose as a partner required a seamless way to route orders from the ZBB website to their fulfillment facility.


All Points was chosen as the ZBB merchandise fulfillment company based on its warehousing solutions, its proven track record of inventory controls and order accuracy…and the ability of the All Points IT department to develop a portal for the automated transfer of orders from the ZBB online store to the All Points order management system. 

With custom programming an API integration was established to enable two-way data exchange. Orders from the ZBB online store automatically pushed to the order management system at the All Points warehouse, where they were picked and shipped the same day. To close the transactional loop, shipment information was sent back to the ZBB online store and the customers received order confirmation and tracking information via email. Every night the product inventory levels were reconciled and synced between the two systems.  

Numerous order and inventory reports are available to the ZBB staff including order and product activity and on-hand inventory quantities. Minimum on-hand quantities have been established for each stocked item and low-inventory/re-order email notices are automatically generated and sent to the ZBB inventory manager when product levels reach minimum threshold quantities.


Thanks to the IT solution from All Points, ZBB was able to handle the increased volume of merchandise sales without compromising the customer purchasing experience and without losing any of the carefully cultivated branding of their website and online storefront. Orders flow to All Points and product ships to customers without their ever having to leave the ZBB site.  

ZBB now has a smooth pick-and-ship solution, and they have even better insight into inventory and sales. Automated re-order email notices and a variety of available reports have significantly simplified the inventory management burden for the ZBB staff.
